Who can defeat the Anti-Monitor?

Name at least one hero you believe could single handedly defeat the Anti-Monitor in combat. That hero must be from DC of course.

Which version of the Anti Monitor? There's like 10.

Eh, in Wally's only fight with the Anti Monitor, he loses, even if he does trash his armor.

That said, that WAS an Anti Monitor that was even more powerful than COIE Anti Monitor (due to Barry never having existed to weaken that version -- long story).

P.S. yea I know there not really heroes but there not evil anyways. But regardless they can still defeat the Anti-Monitor pretty easily.

Wally fought Anti-Monitor?What story was that?

Chain Lightning arc. Cobalt Blue was going through time killing speedsters. At one point, the entity killed Barry before he was able to destroy the Anti Monitor Cannon, thus making Anti Monitor more powerful during COIE and allowing him to win. Wally attempts to beat this even more powerful version of COIE Anti Monitor, but is only capable of destroying all of his armor (more than the combined might of DC Earth could accomplish) before his energy form forces Wally to retreat. Wally eventually wins by stopping Cobalt Blue from killing Barry, so COIE moves on as it did before.

I can't see any of the conventional superheroes in DC that is capable of beating COIE Anti-Monitor. Even most powerful hero like Spectre can at best stalemate Anti-Monitor even with amplification from 5-D genie, pre-crisis sorcerers, and Phantom Stranger.

If this was SCW Anti-Monitor, I could see Superboy Prime beating him.

This is hard to judge, because the Anti Monitor's negative energy was sifted away by Alexander, which kind of throws a monkey wrench into what the actual extent of Anti Monitor's powers were in Crisis on Infinite Earths. The question I play with in my mind has always been "does The Spectre's divinely inspired powers that come from God have an affect on Anti Monitor, in a manner that most other, if not all other power types could not?"

Simply put, was the divinely inspired power of The Spectre something the Anti Monitor was weak to?
