Silver Surfer is not the only one who can energy drain Quasar has manipulated the energy of a star & Ronan helped fuse stars with SS and Quasar.
Capt Marvel according to Killemall can be reverted via lighting.
with little left to stand on I don't see his JL winning unless Dr Fate has some uber feats.
Thanos can take that team without prep as long as we are not talking about Bendis wrecked version. Its not like either of them have what it takes to really hurt Thanos, and Thanos going all out can one shot either of the character one at a time.

Parallax, outside of Zero Hour, has beaten Justice League despite having a guardian help him, he was the one who killed the Sun Eater during Final Night, and new gods, Teen titans, Justice League, JSA alongside some members of LOSH were completely helpless against it. He has gone up against Spectre, never beaten him but ripped off his face and Spectre himself said he was scared of Parallax. Its not like Annihilators have anything on him. Why does Silver Surfer get so over-estimated, he is powerful but he isnt that powerful , neither are anyone in the annihilators. They are all superman level being.
