Rules
1.dont be an idiot and say oaa or presence and other reality wraping guys and abstracts
2.no one more than a 25 tonner
3.no flash level speed characters
 4.fight to the death as usual
5.300 meters from each others n a dragon ball landscape (yes the genric desert like one)
6.you must at least post 1 western comic character 
 
jack has durabilty like spidy , ultra fast , can jump up to 100m, can hide in the light , defeated armies and armies , giants, superpowered people and mastered every martial art of his time
not to mention his sword that makes wolvy's claws look like a joke

I don't know about any of that. Kenshin has never fought someone like Jack, or vice versa. So, it could be an interesting match. Both Kenshin and Jack are normal humans with uncanny sword and fighting abilities. I wouldn't underestimate either of them.

@The_Mayhem_Theory: Jack has habitually shown he is capable of superhuman feats, and Aku has referred to Jack as having powers on more than one occasion.  I think that something like Kenshin vs Katana with a normal sword would be a more fair battle.

Oh, right, of course Jack has shown superhuman feats. So has Kenshin, though they are dumbed down because they are based on realistic combat. There's going to be enhanced swiftness, higher than average leaping, etcetera. I'm a fan of both character, so I won't be saying Jack loses, but I can say Jack would find a formidable opponent in Kenshin.

@The_Mayhem_Theory: I'm not disrespecting Kenshin at all, I am a fan of Samurai X.  Based on feats we have never seen Kenshin defeat opponents as powerful as Jack's.  It's fair to say that Kenshin's fighting abilities are based on more of an exaggerated realism, while Jack's are are much more fantastical and grandiose, but that's is why they are not in the same league.

I wouldn't say the opponents need to be as skilled as Jack's enemies for Kenshin to be on Jack's league. I mean, not one opponent has ever been as skilled as the last for Jack, and same for Kenshin. Jack does have the advantage with his special katana, magically forged by Gods. Then again, Kenshin is an extremely gifted swordsman himself with virtually unmatched skills. With that in mind, I'm going with Kenshin as being a good match-up, and it could go either way. As for someone who could possibly defeat him without a doubt, Ryu Hayabusa (from Ninja Gaiden series), Scorpion (Mortal Kombat), to name a couple.

(First pic) Zoro sliced a robot more durable than most the stuff jack goes up against, sliced buildings, a train and huge ship with coating and cut off the tencale of the kraken. This is the size of  that kraken 
 
 
(Second pic)Hotsuma has fought not just ninjas, but giant monsters and machines as well.Hotsuma was able to take out tanks like causal fodder. He has this cursed sword called Akujiki that feasts on souls. In the PS2 game, the sword gets stronger as it kills more enemies. But in return, if the user doesn't kill, the sword will suck his/her soul. His sword is actually strong to the point of chopping a launched rocket in half. Hotsuma is capable of dashing in midair, double jumping, clinging and running on walls. As he dashes, you'll see a shadow of himself.  
Three types of ninja magic are available to him: 
  • "Ka'en", an area-based fire attack 
  • "Kamaitachi", a ranged shock wave attack 
  • and "Raijin", which grants him invincibility for a short period of time.
And everytime he kills an opponent, the enemy will freeze, giving Hotsuma enough time to kill all the enemies within his proximity before the enemy stops freezing.

Can't really see Silver Samurai winning, can't cut through Jack's sword as it was crafted by three Skyfather, Odin, Ra, and Vishnu.  It would be an interesting match.  
 
 
 
The Sirens of Greek Myth from Samurai Jack  were able to beat him that is why the Scotsman had to save him.  Although, technically he beat them when he was brought back to his senses as were the other people when the Scotsman played his bagpipe to counter the Siren's singing.

Black Bolt is only 20 tonnes normally correct? He goes up to 80 when enraged as far as I am aware, so BB Stomps normally. 
Magneto take the sword and shoves it where the sun dont shine.... 
Batman + Cap could take him. 
Doctor Strange doesn't even need to blink.  
The list goes ooon and oooon.
 
If you're looking for a physical battle which I reckon would be a lot more interesting you should state it :)
