That's kinda the whole point of the series lol. Human transmutation. Which, to be technical, he even does in the very beginning, as he transmutes his brothers soul to a suit of armor, a feat that was considered somewhat impossible even for talented alchemists.
And Jason also has flight, class 50 strength, energy blasts, the whole nine. Kinda like an energy manipulating flying brick.
Sounds like it would be a good fight then!
