Who can defeat Doctor Manhattan?

Manhattan is just a Captian Atom able to rebuild himself. People who will beat him Prof X if he's allowed take the first shot (he will turn Jon into a blubbering vegetable), Spectre, PC Darkseid, Surfer, Thanos, Odin, Phoenix, Death, Dormammu, Mr. Mxyzptlk, Godwave, Brainiac 13, Thor, Watcher and Nullifier...Manhattan never owned anyone of note, he beat rookies or street levelers that's why he looks strong. Most skyfather, reality warpers will beat him.

Ozy could read his mind, manipulate him into cowering on Mars and finally trick him into giving up and he didn't have even a tiny bit of Xavier's powers. Different thought processes are no biggie for Xavier, this man has taken out alien minds before.

What evidence do you have to say he isn't,  show me where in the comicbook. I know there is no definite answer therefore you theory is also speculation. You have also made an assumption that he isn't susceptible. If Professor is allowed take the first shot, I say he will win since I speculate he is susceptible and all he needs is just one little hypnotic suggestion

Yes he can Xavier can hurt cosmic level, but if they have weird defenses he will have trouble.  I think X will have trouble with Magneto, SilverSurfer and Shadow King since Magneto is a genius and can design things to block his mind, Galactus created SS and made SS weird barriers and Shadow King is pure evil psychic energy so he doesn't exactly have a brain like normal people. Doctor Fate and Zatanna are some more characters who could barrier themselves against Xavier. X isn't invincble with his mind, an extremly smart metahuman with prep would beat him. Even Batman preped could beat Xavier but if you give Xavier the first shot its too much. Manhattan is really powerful like Captian Atom but there is nothing which says to me Dr. Manhattan cannot be affected by Telepathy. I rank Manhattan much lower than Skyfathers he is just Captain Atom with a power up. Then again me saying Prof X turns Dr M into a blubbering vegetable perhaps is going overboard, I take that back.

I say he is susceptible to some from it, he is still based on the human body and if Xavier gets a first shot all he needs is just one little hypnotic suggestion. whatever tricks Ozy pulled on Dr M to manipulate him Xavier will be able to amp it up X50.

What evidence do you have to say that Telepathy will work on Dr Manhattan ?
To my knowledge, Manhattan never was hit with any telepathic attack, so there is no evidence to say either way if this would work on him.

As far as I'm concerned, anyone that relies on physical strength cannot defeat him. A very powerful telepath might  have have a chance (assuming that there is a brain to manipulate) but I think that energy/matter manipulation is the only way (Silver Surfer and the like.)
