Who can build a Starship that can go warp speed?

1. Lex Luthor
2. Batman
3. Ironman
4. Forge
5. Magneto

1. No team of scientists to aid any of them
2. They must either look for, buy, or create the resources needs to build the ship
3. The ship must go warp speed
4. The ship has to be at least 600 meters long
5. Who can build it the fastest?

Forge? (that's me guessing, not asking who he is)

Magneto should be able to do this, I think people are forgetting this guy is a genius in many scientific areas, he built sophisticated machines all the time with just his powers and raw materials, he knows how to use his power to open worm holes I wager he can build and program a ship that can travel the same way. He is the only one that does not need a team to build something that big quickly or even slowly.

Magneto is far capable and he can build it the fastest too. Remember, he built Asteroid M and Genosha himself.

how can he do it faster than Magneto? he can come up with it faster but Magneto would be able to build it faster than everybody by using his powers.

Iron man isn't that smart to come up with something like that,since he still is a human,and no matter how smart you are as a human it doesn't seem humans can easily built a space ship that can go that fast.

Batman is smarter than iron man but still doesn't have the brain power to come up with something that has eluded humans for centuries .

Magneto is the same as the others,I highly doubt he could make the ship go that fast,he could easily build a ship of that size,but making it go warp speed is beyond him,as it is for any super intelligent human.

Forge-I don't even think he should be here.

Lex luthor is the only person capable of creating something like this for various reasons,he has the money to back it,the resources,the intelligence,and has a lot of alien knowledge that he could borrow for help in this project.If a guy who can lead the future of mankind into a new age where homelessness and world hungry is fixed,and invented machines that could keep humans alive into their 1000's,then i'm sure he can come up with something.

@YoungThriller: I respect your opinion but just clearing some things out since this is a thread based on probability.

This is a comic book so being a human who has intelligence far greater than aliens is possible. Tony Stark already built many armors who can go really fast. He made an armor that can match magical beings, found a way to transfer his consciousness in The End so basically he is unkillable, and he outran a black hole once with his armor so I am pretty sure he can find a way to warp speed.

Batman is smarter with plans and ideas but Tony is smarter in inventions and engineering. But with Batman's wits and resources he could probably use it to create it but he would finish last IMO.

Magneto is smart but you're right, he's not that smart. He can build something that can go really fast but he can't make it go hyperspace.

Why can't Forge be here? He can create something out of his subconsciousness meaning that all he has to do is to think of a ship that can go hyperspace and there you go. He already created many futuristic items so why couldn't he do it again?

Lex Luthor can 100% build that ship but he wouldn't be able to finish first.
