No... Beyonder was equal to TOAA in term of omnipotence. PR MM stood a chance against him because his powers were from the Beyonder himself. Nothing from the Marvel-Verse can affect PR Beyonder because he's not even from the Marvel-Verse but from the universe of the beyonders. He was indeed an omnipotent being. Also, he was a representation of a writer same as TOAA. PR Beyonder... If he thinks nothing can beat him... Nothing will beat him. PR Beyonder= TOAA in terms of omnipotence, but because he was from another dimension/universe, he stayed in the Marvel-Verse to learn more about the it, clarifying he was not omnipresent nor omniscient like TOAA in the Marvel-Verse.
He got ret-conned because one of the writers left Marvel and his colleague was pissed so he altered Beyonders origin and powers, he also downgraded Beyonders powers and took off his omnipotence.
The collective subconscious WAS the god of lelouchs world. The point was that a Lelouch who was willing to sacrifice everything and had his heart in it could upgrade his Geass to work on gods, etc.
Regardless LT has no brain; the god collective subconscious had all the brains of humanity and Geass has been resisted before.

Never said he wasn't, but he can't be defeated by nigh-omnipotent beings. Thanos HOTU was able to doit because he got access to a portion of TOAA powers and the creation of the Marvel-verse itself.
