In his original story, the only things that could possible match up to the Beyonder were a supreme being from another megaverse (i.e. TOAA from marvel).
No, not really, cause as powerfull as he was, he still was the presence or totall authority, which is what the Beyonder was/represented. Lucy wouldn't be able to match the Beyonders power, but may overcome him through guile and trickery, as Beyonder at that stage was still experimenting/experiencing.

As of now, Not many people. Beyonder did get nerfed but he's in the tier with Fury and MJJ if not above. Really TOAA and LT are the only people who come to mind that can stop Beyonder

Neither of those two are that powerful. I believe there was a debate about how powerful Tenchi was in the anime and what were the guidlines of power in the series. The presence also is not the TOAA of DC. Presence already admitted that there where stronger beings I think in Alan Moores Swamp thing. Also Presence is also a victim of paradox writing, as in that he was the creator of the Godwave but then was written as a recipent that recived a large portion of the God Wave creating a contradiction. Presence is also a Multiversal power while LT is a Omniversal power and so is Beyonder, Fury, MJJ, and really thats it if you dont count Galactus in the Last Planet story line ( I think thats when he ate the omniverse or something but that was a what if that was retconned because all "what if's" are cannon to Marvel U just not 616 ). Presence is also a character while TOAA is litterally the writters when they want to jump into the comics such as Fantastic Four 584 ( While not being directly named as TOAA when the Thing said meet with onld friends it was him, Human Torch, Stan Lee, and Jack Kirby all having dinner ). Actually Im not sure if Mom is able to handel Beyonder also.
the Beyonder from the Secret Wars I and II is completely Omnipotent.. there are not very much beings capable to standing up to him.. it was said that his power is millions of time more powerful that the Multiverse itself combined..
the Beyonder was All-Powerful during those times that even the most powerful entities in the Universe pales before him..
so far there are only two being who have managed to stand up against the Beyonder..
the Molecule Man
and
Rachel Summers once granted the full power of the Phoenix Force..
but even them cannot fully defeat the Beyonder..

Kami Tenchi NO due to lack of feats and some other details . beating something powerful and fix the universe don't make you as powerful as the beyonder . Heck even Dr Fate who is not that powerful can do such things.
Kami Tenchi is at his best at the level of the DC Imps or a lower reality warper who can be beaten by the beyonder.
The Beyonder was originally a being from an infinite realm beyond the Marvel Multiverse, called the Beyond-realm, and was the sum of everything outside the multiverse (our multiverse was a drop in the sea compared to the Beyond-realm). It became self aware and formed a being of immeasurable power. (He was originally described as millions of times more powerful than the entire multiverse.)
Pre-Retcon Beyonder/Classic Beyonder- As a result of being the entirety of a dimension of far more scope than our own multiverse, he was more powerful than all of the rest of reality (he was described in narration as having "millions" of time more power than all the power in our multiverse combined). He had the power to achieve whatever he pleased. The Beyonder was going to erase the multiverse entirely; he erased Death; he destroyed multiple galaxies; he defeated powerful beings like Galactus and a whole group of Celestials with ease; he was able to recreate the same things he erased; with a simple hand wave he shattered a dome the Molecule Man created to endure multiversal destuction; he easily survived a blast from the Molecule Man that could have slagged "several billion" dimensions; when he had a large portion of his power in the cup that was going to kill Death, he still had more power than the combined cosmic entities of our multiverse; when Mephisto created Beyondersbane using the Beyonder's own expended power plus all of the power in our multiverse, Mephisto still wasn't sure it was enough to destroy him; his battle with the Molecule Man affected every being on every planet on every dimension.
However, he did have certain circumstances where he felt there was a chance for someone or something to defeat him. At one point when he wanted to die, he was going to let the Thing kill him (or at least his body) by intentionally not healing himself. He said that when he was drunk, Dr. Strange could have trapped him in a pocket dimension and kept him inebriated; he said Rachel Summers, as Phoenix, almost had a chance to defeat him when he gave her some extra power; he said that Puma, under a mystic universal alignment of power, could have killed him; he said that the heroes in the final battle against him almost had a chance (due to the involvement of the Molecule Man); it is possible that Beyonders bane would have worked. However, most of these were either due to his own self-limiting of power or some other kind of special circumstances. In no situation was anyone ever actually more powerful than him. In the case of the Puma, he had the power of the entire universe behind him, but the Beyonder was more powerful than our entire universe, so in terms of direct power, it shouldn't have been enough. However, there are cases in the normal world where a weaker object can break a stronger object if it hits it in exactly the right way--for instance it can set up dissonant shock waves that are counter to the other object's structure, and force it to break itself apart. This must be a similar to the situation with Puma. On the other hand, the Black Knight's Ebony Blade, and Magik's Soul Sword, which normally can cut through magic, had no effect on him at all.This version is considered to be Omnipotent. Writers later on depowered The Beyonder, which resulted with other versions. Marvel had two God's, then changed to One Above All as one God.

I could see several of the more powerful pre-mending Planeswalkers giving him a tougher fight. I could also see creatures like progenitus or the eldrazi taking him down in their original, non-corporeal forms.
Isn't Gurren Lagan's power technically infinite or something like that?
Also, although they couldn't beat him, the Time Lords and Daleks of Doctor who have several weapons that could likely severely injure him, such as "The Moment" or the "Crucible".
Also, the Hogyoku provides unlimited power if it likes you, so (despite being random as all hell) it should be on the list of powerful artifacts.
