@bart_simpson: I would like to state that the Thanos telepathy thing is being misrepresented on both fronts. Thanos wanted to get into Galactus's mind to discover what he was doing with the Infinity Crux. He had Moondragon help him so that his position could remain unknown to Galactus, as Galactus would follow that the telepathic attack came from Moondragon and not Thanos. Hence why directly after the encounter, he teleported her away. I'm not entirely sure how powerful Thanos is in terms of offensive TP, but Thanos is shown to have incredible defensive TP. However, given Galactus's TP feats and the fact that the TP feat with Thanos is a somewhat inaccurate way to rate it from either side, I'd say Galactus is the stronger Telepath. Moondragon is also a stronger Telepath than Thanos in terms of offensive attacks. Thanos has her beat in defensive and outright 'mind battles' per say. Something that I'm not even sure if Galactus could beat Thanos in. Everything that has to do with power, Galactus makes Thanos look like a dust mite. In terms of intelligence, it goes either way at times.

Maybe Surfer but the Silver Surfer always holds back, I saw a number of scans that claimed Surfer is unbeatable on the astral plane

I'd Nate Grey is above Surfer maybe even Legion since both can do things Surfer can't.
