Who Can Beat Tetsuo

Battle is won by KO or death. Each person picked for the battle it'll be a random encounter.

Round 1- Anime( Only anime or characters from animated movies/tv shows can be chosen.) This is Tetsuo when he has both arms.

Round 2- Anime( Only anime or characters from animated movies/tv shows can be chosen.) This is Tetsuo when he gets his metal arm.

Round 3- Anime( Only anime or characters from animated movies/tv shows can be chosen.) This is Tetsuo when he loses control over his powers.

There was a Wizard article that was a fun read of Testuo vs Jean phoenix. Phoenix curbstomped him.
