Who can beat Superman in a fight?

Who out of every universe can beat The Man of Steel.(discluding DBZ,DB, and DBGT.)

Superman: Pre 52 and no knowledge of opponent.

Please say the Character and his rank, plus why that person would win.(Preferably Cannon Characters.)

Ranks:

Platinum: The Character wins 80 to 100 percent of the time against superman.

Gold: The Character wins 60 to 80 percent of the time.

Silver: The Character wins 40 to 60 percent of the time.

Bronze: The Character wins less than 40 percent of the time.

If it is someone who specializes in Preparation (such as Batman, Deathstroke, Ect.) then they have 24 hours of prep based on what they find in social media. Otherwise Zero prep time.

Lutetium: Batman.

Martian Manhunter, platinum. Wins because of comparable physical stats, phasing, shapeshifting and mainly telepathy.

Norrin, Silver Surfer Platinum, superior durability, speed, and the ability to both drain and project energy as well as matter manipulate, like turning Clark's cape into kryptonite.

Just for the sake of it, Goku, Vegeta, Goten, etc... Are platinum.

Without writer induced stupidity And lowballing, the following can beat Super 80-100% of the time:

Captain Atom the writers low ball him every time they fight yet give the guy powers that are god like when solo.

Dr.Doom, Ultimate Reed Richard, Reed Richard (with prep time) per what they have done in prepping for incursions.

Professor Xavier mind rape, super has low TP resistance.

Beerus: at least twice or 3 times more powerful than God Goku. Heyes doesn't need to match physicals his energy output will be sufficient.

Those aren't fair. Superman isn't even beating Freeza.

Irc his powers are psionic in nature, but he has been mind controlled before. Someone on Manhunter's level shouldn't have a problem with that, especially if we consider the fact that New 52 Manhunter used his telepathy to 1 shot freakin' Despero. Superman could possibly try blitzing J'onn with heat vision to abuse his weakness against fire (his mental block hasn't been lifted in New 52 yet, right?), but J'onn should be able to either dodge it or avoid it by phasing.

Are you trying to say Superman would stomp Freeza? PM me and we'll argue there. And as for Goku only being able to lift 40 tons, that's like measuring Superman by the time he was outsped by Deathstroke.
