Who can beat SSJ3 Pikachu

The person who beats him must be fair, definitely below sky father maybe below S Surfer.

SSJ3 Pikachu has better magic than kid buu, lightning bolts that destroy small planets, is faster than goku, has the spirit bomb, Kai o Ken, and kamehameha, is on the verge of ssj4, is fearless, can teleport, and can (barely) shift a bit of reality!

don't underestimate Pikachu :P Goku beated the hell of Superman, TMNT, Hulk, Thor...etc and couldn't beat Pikachu without help of his sons :P
