Is there anyone in Marvel or DC that can beat Spongebob with the pencil? Except TOAA, The Presence, and toon force users.

Galactus. Galactus can basically do everything the pencil can do and much much more.

Anyone with a higher intellect than him can get the pencil away from him give spongebob brain coral then it would be more fascinating

litterally every character who's ever existed. Even vs The Rugrats, Spongebob would probably give the pencil to Tommy and Tommy would draw Reptar and devour Squarepants.

Spongebob is mostly innocent and naive. w/ or without the pencil he's harmless.
