2nd Greed from FMA:B. Spider-Man cannot break the ultimate shield. And so, he runs or gets pwned.
Who can beat spider-man?
@hirev_starman: um no spiderman beat her fairly easy before and she barely was beating spiderman when he lost spider-sense.

sarcasm lol
spidey has to be one of the best in marvel. plus reading spiderverse peter still hasnt accepted his full spider powers. he has more potential than people think.
I'd just peeped Rhino is a 100 tonner.
Spiderman usually beat him with ease.
Death stroke loses,he's barely above batman.
Who can beat spider-man?
So many people can beat him it is not even funny I'd be here all day making the list.
In the video game world, the lowest good fight is probably Albert Wesker. I'm not sure if he'd win though.
Kid Goku.
Iron fist, agent venom, Insider Batman.
Iron fist loses.
Jean grey
Breaks the conditions of this thread.

You know my answer.....
Linda-058 would give Spider-Man a good run for his money.
I don't know who that is.
Kid Goku.
Is probably too much. IIRC didn't he match Master Roshi and kill King Piccolo?
@jashro44: Not really, Danny can take Peter due to skill and magic
Kid Goku? After the first arc he was a hypersonic 100 tonner, then at the end of the series he was about five times more powerful. He's not comparable to Spider-Man at all, Peter would probably get blown away with a hand wave like Jackie Chun did to Yamcha.
@jashro44: Yeah, I'm not actually gonna argue Wesker would beat Spider-Man, especially modern Spider-Man who is no longer so bad at fighting martial artists. Just saying that's the lowest I could go where the character actually has a shot.
Yea as Nick said he seems a lot more powerful. Plus he was fighting people with city-moon level damage output.

Fair enough.

Then why do you use him in street-tier tournaments? I watched the original Dragonball and I don't remember him being hypersonic or a 100 tonner.

Peter performed better against shadowland daredevil than shang chi and iron fist put together. Danny has admitted on panel that he tried to beat Peter and couldn't. And in there last fight Peter had the upper hand. They both have been upgraded since than sure (Dannys book of iron fist, and Peters way of the spider), but I don't think Iron Fists upgrades are enough.

Spartan II from the Haloverse. She's a marksmen. I'd give her the edge due to her extremely high rate of fire (she was able to pop two rebels and Master Chief [bullet timer] couldn't deduce who she targeted first) coupled with accuracy that rivals Deadshot. It'd be an entertaining fight to say the least. She still has the armour and physicals of your average Spartan II (which puts them above or on par with the likes of Deathstroke/Wolverine).
Black Panther
Those would be good fights for Peter.
He would lose. I would argue Peter can beat some versions of clayface.
Maybe wolverine, and thats a big maybe, its be 8/10 in wolverines favor
Diggle
No to both.
@jashro44: Wanna make a CaV?
@harriso: Wolverine can't beat Spidey, he never uses his skill well and underestimates his opponents. + Spidey is superior
You didn't say with prep or not, so I'm gonna assume no prep.
I think the bare minimum would be Deathstroke and Flash. I know there's others I can't think of right now, but those are just a few off the top of my head. I don't think a lot of people can beat Spider-Man because of his reflexes and strength.
@jashro44: Wanna make a CaV?
I'm in a few challenge a viners already but why not. It'll be fun to debate for Peter. I wont be able to respond until the weekend. Is that OK? Aside from that what are the conditions? And do you want to make the thread or should I?
@jashro44: You can make it if u like, i can post tomorrow evening if its alright :) you'll choose the conditions but dont nerf them only of powers :)

Alright. But one thing is do you want morals on or off? I ask because this makes a big difference.
@jashro44: morals off would be more fun imo

Here we go
Kid Goku? After the first arc he was a hypersonic 100 tonner, then at the end of the series he was about five times more powerful. He's not comparable to Spider-Man at all, Peter would probably get blown away with a hand wave like Jackie Chun did to Yamcha.

There's a big difference between first arc Goku and second arc Goku, during the first hunt for the dragon balls he was barely above peak human, but his training from Master Roshi was one of the biggest powerups in the whole series. Afterwards he and Krillin were able to push a gigantic boulder that weighed over 340 tons, and during the preliminaries of the World Martial Arts Tournament he went up against a superhuman giant and accidentally tossed him out of the ring by tapping him on the leg just trying to get his attention.
He also went up against Nam in the semifinals who used a technique where he leaped straight into the air and went all the way above the clouds, but when Goku jumped after him he went way higher, again by accident.
He also accidentally moved faster than the eye could see constantly throughout the arc and had to monitor himself just to make sure people were able to see him, and he was faster than Krillin and on par with Roshi (not powerscaling, this was explicitly displayed), the two of whom had a prolonged battle scene in midair where they exchanged blows, played a game, spat at each other, thought for a bit, talked, etc all so quickly that none of the spectators saw anything happen at all.
Then in the later arcs he twoshotted General Blue who tanked getting headbutted by Arale all the way to Egypt, beat the crap out of Tao Pai Pai, and outraced Tien's Solar Flare making him faster than light (Kid Goku has at least three faster than light feats). Then he also beat up the King of freakin Demons and got trained by god in martial arts.

All of your characters break the rules of this thread. Bare minimum only.
@nickzambuto: Huh. I don't remember the series well despite me watching it so recently.
Cool. Did you scan those yourself?
