the omnipotents: the Primal monitor, TOAA, the presence, MOM....

the relevant (not omnipotent) beings who can beat this entity of tremendous power:

the source, lucifer (by manipulations), synnar the demiurge (man this guy is powerful), Thanos with HOTU (practically omnipotent but like the source, the only thing he can not do is defeat the one above all in his universe).

so....basically, the none omnipotent beings who can beat the beyonder can be literally counted on one hand. astonishing, never really counted before.

Toaa, Presence/primal monitor (not interested in the debate), MOM, Kami Tenchi, Azathoth, and whatever other omnipotents you can find.

If you're looking for a stalemate, Lucifer+michael, Thanos with HOTU, EG Demonbane etc. come to mind.

Tbh, non-jobbing LT should be in the category as well.

IMO only 3 beings could certainly beat PR Beyonder: TOAA, The Presence and Elaine Belloc. 'Cause after them comes directly: The Beyonder >= Man of Miracles > Thanos w/ HOTU >>>>>> Everything else.

TOAA , the Presence and maybe Thanos with the HOTU, everyone else gets blinked from existence.

@kingant27: nah, I actually do not think Michael can beat pre retcon beyonder, and Michael is far more powerful than lucifer who is equal to LT and can only win by manipulation. synnar the demiurge =\= Michael Demiurgos.

LT is directly 2nd to God, and as the there is controversy between who is the Omnipotent being in Dc; both Lucifer and Michael are not 2nd to God, unless you can prove it.

LT is easily on par, if not very slightly superior; however there is no reason for Lucifer or Michael to be on your list, and not the LT.

second, being second in power does not make you automatically as powerful as the 2nd most powerful being in another creation. why, if that is the case then if superman is the 45th most powerful being in DC and Odin is likewise, does that mean Odin = Superman? absolutely not. I really do not know what being second or third or 19363936483837th in power means anything to another creations ranking and to think otherwise would be ridiculous.

third, if you can read my friend, then you would notice that I DO NOT HAVE MICHAEL DEMIURGOS ON MY LIST. I have addressed this twice. and lucifer is not on the list because of his power but because of his manipulations.

@van_cere: I see your point, but by feats IMO the LT is at least on par with Michael or Lucifer IMO; definitely not below by any means.

I would do a CAV with you, but I am in a different country for the holiday; and the layout for posting images is all mucked up.

Unless You know how to make a good layout when uploading images I would have done a few CAV's by now.

I was doing a CAV with someone else and was going to do the finishing touch once my plane landed and unpacked. then I found out Google and Google related stuff was banned in china because the government got some idiots to hack into a bunch of human rights activists gmail accounts, so I can not send my images to my account then pull them up here.

that was about two months ago, now I am gonna go back to Florida in 4-5 days.

1. The Source is not omnipotent and is not equal to the Presence.
2. Just because the Source encompasses everything in DC verse doesn't make it omnipotent, Yog-Sothoth encompasses everything in the Lovecraft verse yet he's not omnipotent nor equal to Azatoth (TOAA of the Lovecraft verse).
3. Even if the Source from Death of the New Gods (The story arc where Soulfire Darkseid beat the Source) was on par with regular Source it doesn't really change anything, the Source is at best Living Tribunal level and Living Tribunal is inferior to Pre-Retcon Beyonder, and yes the Living Tribunal back then was just as powerful as he is today and even if Classic LT was actually somewhat weaker than modern LT he was still at least around Lucifer Morningstar level.

@jwwprod: 1). He's as close to omnipotent as a being can be without actually being omnipotent.

2). Except that the Source is the life of everything and gives power to everything else.

3). The Beyonder is not superior to LT. They never fought, and none of his feats suggest any superiority to LT either.

LT would have been able to kill Death with a whim, whereas it took all of Beyonder's power to do.

LT would also have been able to restore her back to life, which Beyonder was initially incapable of doing.

Beyonder is strong, but he isn't any more powerful than any other Multiversal being.
