Definitely: Superman, General Zod, Ursa, Non, Nuclear Man, Supergirl, Dr. Manhattan, Odin

Most Likely: Silver Surfer, Galactus, Phoenix

Maybe but probably not, will give him a good fight at least: Hulk, Batman with prep, Ironman with prep.

Movie Thor would absolutely destroy movie Silver Surfer or movie Phoenix as well as Magneto, Dr Doom and Iron Man all at once though. In the comics though, any combination of Thor, Silver Surfer and Hulk is going to be a fight. You can probably throw Superman into the mix too.

Bear in mind that movie Thor isn't nearly as impressive as his comic counterpart, his own movie the feats consist of him beating Loki, a bunch of Frost Giants and blasting the lackluster Destroyer apart. In the Avengers he puts down a forest, batters Stark in the most recent suit or armor, nearly loosing to the Hulk while brawling and blasting two of the wormfish with lightning. Surfer on the other hand was pretty much unstoppable save from Dooms machinations, Galactus was far bigger than a planet, Phoenix just wipes out the things she doesn't like, and Iron Man's MO is usually to get beat up once and improve his armor afterwards.

Movie Bat-Man with 'prep'? You are really going to go there?

Galactus did nothing in the movies and was defeated by SS, Thor could do it if he was serious.
