Who can beat Lucifer Morningstar?

What is exactly ment by, "Beat Lucifer Morningstar?" Are we talking a random encounter here? Is there prep? Do our chosen characters get to talk to him, maybe try and outwit him? I only ask because I can pretty easily come up with scenario's where both Constantine, and Batman would be able to outwit him. Even if it's just a fistfight, I could see either goading him into fighting straight-up... and then pulling some BS on him to give our hero's the win. I understand a lot of folks don't like such scenario's and consider them laughable to use in a fight, but when outwitting people is the hero's MO.... AND the badguy like's to engage in battles of wit's (Which Lucifer definitely does) I think winning by out-thinking the opponent should be allowed. Both Constantine and Batman are capable of outwitting Lucifer, and therefor taking a win.

Just wanted to point out to those who are saying Michael > Lucifer because he cast him out of heaven. According to the Lucifer Morningstar series, Lucifer was not defeated in his rebellion, he was given hell as part of a truce, and took it because it was the farthest place in the DC Omniverse from The Presence.

Introducing prep into the equation only further imbalances things in Lucifer's favor. He is pretty much the divine embodiment of the ability to manipulate, so I don't think there's anyone in DC/Marvel that is on his level of prep.

John Constantine is the only one who i could think of that could be considered his equal. They are the 2 best prep masters in my opinion due to their unconventional manipulative prep as oppose to just tactics or build a big gun
