Krona could, actually he already did, he killed him and built a base from his remains. Shuma Gorath has been said to be able to beat him on the vine, so I think he could do it. Beyonder and Molecule Man do it at their highest power levels rather easily. Abraxas could do it, so could Jaspers (I think). Lucifer Morningstar and the endless could probably pull it off, so could saint of killers. I also think Classic Anti-Monitor kills him in a not too difficult, but still good fight. Anyone with the infinity gauntlet could do it, as well as the ultimate nullifier. Mr. Mxyzptlk could also defeat him. Especially if it's the one from World's Funniest. Living tribunal could kill him, obviously. Classic Parallax could also pull off the job if I'm not mistaken. I've also heard Imperiex could kill him. Tenebrous and Aegis combined dealt a few hard blows to him, didn't they?

Thanos could easily take him down with prep, but only if he is able to come up with something insanely impressive. If Thanos just had prep but only had his normal stuff, then he'd still lose. We are all entitled to our opinions, yours is just the wrong one. He ALREADY beat Galactus without any sort of items, he just dropped a planet with nukes on it and warped out of there, leaving Galactus in the dust...

@KingOfAsh: I pretty sure Galactus can beat Unicron, I haven't really see Unicron do anything better than what Galactus has done. Plus the whole Galactus vs Unicron topic has been done to death enough already.
