If they start off in the sky Flash has no way of reaching 3 of those 4 combatants. Flash has no really way of killing Bobby, so I'm pretty sure it would end in a stalemate. And how can Flash hurt someone who has taken on the full force of Thor's hammer, or another who has literally beaten dozens of JL members at once, or someone who's durability can even put Thanos and Silver Surfer to shame? You guys really overpower Flash.

I'll made this discussion simple by putting generalizations: Flash at his full potential (Read: "Wanked" version that considered only the best feats with no average feats) can be barely beaten by:

1. Cosmic/herald levels who knows how to use their powers to their maximum. Silver Surfer is a bit of a stretch to put in this category.

2. Physically intangible characters who are never physically created in this realm.

Any other characters, the "wankers" will say: Flash wins by travelling back in time and space to find and beat the snot out of them. These fans accused peak human characters of cheating through "prep-time", not realizing their Flash are also cheating if he travels back in time.
