Who can beat Citizen Steel?

 So This  Citizen Steel   dude seems almost surprisingly strong considering he beat up Gog  with only one punch. So who do you think can actually beat him in physical or hand-to-hand combat? (As in no magic, no picking him up and dropping him in the ocean, no mind wiping or any other telepathic stuff and no uber powerful laser beams. I am allowing the use of Wolverine's claws and anything like that but I am primarily interested in more physical stuff and less cutting and slashing)   
 
and the setting although it does not really matter is just in the middle of nowwhere on Earth so there is no one else around for miles.

 Also seeing as how it is Christmas in America at least, Happy Chrismahanukwanzakah!!

 haha possibly but even if his strength should still be considerable, like at least at absolute minimum about the same as The Thing’s.
