Who can bathe in the Sun longer? Superman or a Celestial?

They have to out last the sun. The sun already spent 5 Billion of its years burning its fuel away. If Superman and a Celestial jump inside the sun today, they would have to endure another 5 to 6 billion more years to bathe in it.

Who will last longer?

If they both manage to last, they both fight. Who would likely be the winner?

Superman ages similar to a normal person. Maybe his aging process would slow while sundipping, but I think he would eventually die of old age.

@tparks: if superman sun bathes eventually he turns into the superman 1,000,000. That only took 1500 years but he pretty much became god so he'll probably beat the crud out of the celestial when time is over

Superman dies of power overwhelming... Everything tells me he managed to become that guy because of his Green Lantern Ring. I think somewhere was stated Superman could die if spent too much inside the sun.

Superman can chill in the sun indefinitely only problem would be boredom.

a celestial would not have a problem with a star. now superman may or may not be able to take in all that solar energy at once. it might oversaturate or kill him ( all star superman) .... his biology is inferior to a celestials

Superman is more like an amplifier than a true battery.

Amplifiers don't store energy so by that statement there's no point for Superman to sleep in the sun. But if a Celestial dives into the sun, it can just absorb the sun with such speed, the sun would be a black dwarf in a matter of moments. Quack!

All-Star Superman? Don't know if that's the same continuity, but in All-Star, pre-Superman 1 Mil Prime used the infant universe of Qwewq to create what was essentially the 'real universe', i.e. ours.

I checked. You never said these things. In fact you implied the exact opposite. As people kept trying to to explain that Prime and Prime 1 million are different people entirely which you kept brushing off in post such as

The point is, Saying "Superman Prime" Or "Prime" is not a nickname for Prime 1 million as there is an actually character that is often refer to in story as Superman Prime or just Prime. Thus, the way that you are using the name is not correct.

After the first million years the celestial is blinked out of existence by a reality warping level superman.
