Who can actually beat Asura? - Battles

This guy seems unbeatable! He has so many forms, so much stength, and is fast enough that he is more than powerful enough to be a match for characters like Superman or Hulk. On top of that he has the Mantra Reactor wich can amplify his power to insane levels. His power is almost limitless! His ultimate form can blast stars and planets away like nothing, his weakest form can kill the God of all Gods, his second form can punch planet sized deities so hard that they explode, and his berserker form won't stop until it's arms are destroyed and it's dark form is defeated. WHO CAN TAKE THIS GUY?!

I'd say Asura would curbstomp Gurren to be honest. As well as that cosmic chick up there (forgot her name).

I'd say anyone sporting a fair degree of omnipotence (Odin, Galactus +) can, given he more or less takes down his universe's iteration of God who was reality warping up the wazoo and throwing super mega sized stars / planets his way and that was before Asura peaked in power.

@isaac_clarke: The Mantra Reactor can amp his power a lot. We don't know just how powerful he could get. He's sort of like Goku with unlimited SSJ forms and the strength of Superman, paired with regeneration.

Yeah but we can't base an argument off unknown limits - just what he was shown capable of doing before defeating God. Hell given that final CG scene he doesn't even need the damn thing to burst limit giant asteroids.

It wasn't so much a super power as he was just in general a character with limitless power. Albeit in the case of nigh-omnipotence there are greater variations to infinity. Given his showings he would absolutely maul the Hulk, Superman and Thor before be reached the levels of killing his originator.

He's a Valiant comic character and he's pretty ridiculous, he's like a combination of a sundipped Superman, Starheart GL and Captain Atom x 1,000,000. Basically he can absorb energy from the universe, he can exist in multiple places, reality warping, and much much more.... he does look ridiculous though.

@SSJLozza: With Mantra Reactor Asura beats any DBZ character. He basicaly has infinite kaioken. His training is enough to be a match for most DBZ characters as well. His durability is insane and could tank anything a DBZ character throws at him. Also he isn't afraid to punch you in the face while your're powering up.

@Racob7: He is Solaris from the Sonic series. Exists in the past, present, and future simultaneously, complete control over time and space, and is said to, "eat dimensions for lunch." His powers surpass what Asuraverse's god has shown. He should be able to win.

Thanos wouldn't need the heart of the universe to defeat him, or even the infinity gauntlet. Regular thanos can beat him, Black Adam, icon, etrigan, Gladiator with uni-power, quasar, black bolt, Apocolypse, ect...
