Who can absorb Odin's God Blast better?

Dr. Doom has absorbed Thor's energy through a device before. He tricked him into attacking this thing that just stored Thor's energy. He used this to power the Destroyer armor or his version of it or something. It's one of the first issues of Kieron Gillen's run. I'd have to look it back up for specifics.

well super 17 could absorb ki and any amount of it , idunno about odins blast . if he does he'll get all psycho lol

3. Rogue (cant at all)
   
4. Bishop (far too powerful for him to absorb)
   
5. Strong Guy (same as bishop)
   
6. Absorbing Man (could absorb a lot of it but not tank the whole blast)
   
7. Onslaught (same as absorbing man)
   
8. Juggernaut (wouldn't absorb it but would easily tank it)
   
9. Super Android 17 (might barely absorb it)
   
10. Silver Surfer ( might be a bit much but idk, current surfer is stronger than ever)
    
11. Dr. Doom (Device) (absorbs it the best, and probably the only one who could absorb it all)
