If it comes down to up close and personal combat I'd give it to Kaioh, Hokuto is pretty much invincible and even though Whitebeard is bigger than quite a few OP characters Kaioh should still be able to pinpoint his pressure points. If Whitebeard can keep him at a distance using long range attacks or his halberd then Whitebeard should win with little difficulty, I mean the guy did nearly split an island in two after taking tons of damage and having half his face blown away.
