Whis. Much stronger than Beerus who is Galaxy level.

she was said to have the power to destroy the galaxy cauldron, which is the center of the galaxy aka Sagittarius zero star (the real world equivalent of Sagittarius A* which has the mass of atleast one million solar masses)

cosmic power

has shields that tank mulitple planet busting attacks

infinite energy (she never runs out of energy)

can ressurect people at will and

reality warping

bestow powers on them

is immortal telepathy that reaches across the universe and spit the ground open

can seal people away in a mirror etc.

survive in space

can create/summon items from thin air

@leo-343: Whis is much stronger than Beerus. He is strong enough to put Beerus in a coma for many years with a single neck chop. Beerus is powerful enough to easily destroy clusters of Galaxies and can even Universe bust at 100% (this is being generous considering Beerus could destroy a fifth of the Universe when he was weaker than Buu).

Sailor Moon does not win this fight at all. The days of anime cheer leaders being more powerful than Z characters are over.

He actually one-shotted two of them, & casually destroyed multiple planets by running into them, but he's still no match for Superman XD

IIRC, in Xenoverse, which is partly canon, Demigra was planning on using Beerus to destroy all of history. Demigra was also going to destroy all of history himself, but Beerus was still more powerful than him. So it's not 100% speculation.

• Beerus being stated to be able to destroy the Kaioshin Realm, which, IIRC, is 1/4 of the Universe.
• Goku destroying a galaxy in an alternate timeline.
• Demigra planning on using Beerus to destroy all of history.
• Demigra planning on destroying all of history himself.

I have seen Revival of F, Whis is just stupid. He can manipulate reality and time, and is so fast his movement is described as near instantaneous, like he can cross the universe with his speed in minutes. He is so fast in combat speed without even moving at 1 percent of his speed he dodged both Goku and Vegeta and drew his autograph on them. He can effortlessly bust galaxies. His power is described as being close to infinite.

Seriously though closest comparison i can find for Whis is like Galaticus. He is that strong. He can manipulate matter, reality and even time to his liking. Im pretty sure he stomps.

I've made this post numerous and I do mean numerous times. But not everyone has seen it or is aware of what is going on in Z right now. So I'll go ahead and post it yet again:

Here is the interview word for word where Akira confirms that Beerus can not only easily bust galaxies. But he is also a Universe buster himself at 100%:

"Who was it that sealed the Elder Kaiōshin away in the Z Sword?"

"The Kaiōshin (who create planets) and the Gods of Destruction (who destroy them) have never gotten along that well, but once every 1,000 years they go to each other’s realms and hold a coordination meeting. At this time, they got into an argument over some trifling thing, and a certain short-tempered God of Destruction sealed Elder Kaiōshin away inside a sword. Naturally, it wouldn’t have been proper for him to destroy the Kaiōshin Realm itself. By the way, that God of Destruction was Beerus."

Remember when the Old Kai mentioned how someone strong but weaker than Buu sealed him in the Z Sword? That someone was Beerus. And in that interview Akira stated that Beerus had enough power to destroy the entire Kaioshin Realm. The Kaioshin realm is one fifth the size of the Universe. But he didn't because it wouldn't be proper of him to do so. It would likely completely unbalance the Universe which would defeat his purpose of existence (to balance creation and destruction in the Universe). So he just sealed the Elder Kai in the Z sword instead. That was way back when he was weaker than Buu. Beerus can now literally one-three shot Buu with literally the smallest amount of effort possible. In short Beerus is a much stronger than he was back when he could destroy a whole fifth of the Universe at 100%. Beerus is a Universe Buster. Whis is strong enough to one shot Beerus without much effort and put him into a coma. Who knows how powerful Whis truly is.

I believe that there are indeed quotes for Beerus being able to Galaxy bust in that quote above as well (of course he can. Akira pointed at that Beerus has enough power to Universe bust). This is the official and correctly translated trailer for DBZ: Battle of The Gods. It clearly states that Beerus could destroy Galaxies. Keep in mind that the interview above was post trailer/release. So it is valid.

Serena beats him in a good fight. Besides she is hot... Why is someone even arguing against her?

Demigra was going to use Beerus's power to erase the main DBZ timeline, destroying the universe in the process. Whis is stronger than Beerus, but he may still lose to Sailor Moon due to the speed difference and her hax.

She crossed the galaxy in a second, has soul manipulation, can reality warp, ect.

Nobody in DBZ can destroy a universe. Not even galaxy busting has been shown on panel in canon source
