Which virus is better? Walkers vs Zombie

A Night of The Living Dead zombie fights a Walker from The Walking Dead. Both are lure into the fight, thinking the other one is the living.The hosts has the same body weight, same height, strength, same build before they were infected. Both turned at the same time.

First person to be wrestled to the ground loses.

No prep, no involvement of a third party.

Weapon: Bare hands.

Location: A swamp. Zero population of anything.

Walkers, in the the tv series, have had clearer demonstration of their strength, and their ability to fast-walk if they want to. I haven't seen NOTLD for a few years now, my memory is convincing me that they can't do fast-walk. I have to wait another few hours before I can post. I just realized I'm limited to five post per day ):

NOTLD zombie has the advantage of, the director were vague about what the zombies are capable of, making them scarier. While TWD has the description of a guiding hand book.

Give me some info on the NOTLD zombies. How fast are they? Any semblance of intelligence? The zombies from TWD tend to suck on both those counts.

The walking dead zombies are pretty smart in like the 1st epi one of the zombies thinks about turning a door knob or the zombie that keep pushing Ricks gun away so he wouldn't shot him.

The strength of the NOTLD zombs varied I thought. One time they where said to flip a car and another time they were easily shrugged off by the maing uy

Are we talking about TWD the show or TWD the comic book? I refuse to watch the show, so I have no idea how the zombies operate there.

@CitizenBane:

The first arc, Days Gone Buy and an episode that didn't happen in the comic IIRC. The TV series is slightly different from the comic series.

The TV series is pretty average. Can't say much for the comics, haven't read 'em.
