Which top level street fighter (above Batman)

I'd say DS is best here....

None of them are above Bruce but Shivas probably closest to his level. Slade isn't as skilled as the other 2, he'll inevitably be chosen as the winner here but it's inaccurate to say skill wise. I'd place Bruce above all 3, with Shiva coming in second and Tiger rounding out 3rd. But in this instance, in battle, I'd obviously take Slade. Even if he isn't the most skilled, he's got the physical enhancements the others just don't.
