I know what it says in narration. But that was a long, long time ago. Now it's supposedly so devastating that it can destroy planets. Sentry was hesitant to fight him because he knew that in a fight, BB would go all out, and Earth would be demolished. Even a whisper from Skrull-Bolt did some pretty decent damage to the moon. Classic BB's scream could be held back by Magneto, which obviously wouldn't be the case now.
@yodagod: Does Apocalypse have control over his water molecules? If not then you are correct in stating that Iceman can defeat Apoc. Jean Grey without the Phoenix Force can not defeat Apoc. at full power. Elixir at full power could, assuming he can "do thing" without touching. Vulcan can defeat Apocalypse? How so? I don't think that Storm can defeat Apocalypse, right? Rachel Grey without the Phoenix Force can not defeat Apocalypse. Legion can not defeat Apocalypse. I find it interesting that Cyclops defeated Apocalypse once. How did that happen? PIS?

@cracks: Reality warpers have no real limits beyond what they themselves create. It's why so many are insane. But yes Franklin Richards, Jamie Braddock, Mr M, Wanda, Magician, Mad Jim Jaspers, and even Proteus would have little trouble by virtue of their own essentially unlimited powers.

@cracks: Vulcan definitely should be able to. He's an extremely powerful omega. Rogue cannot. Everyone seems to think that she can absorb anyone's powers and that simply isn't true. Someone with enough control over their powers or a high enough powerlevel can actually harm her if she tries to absorb them. Or she just doesn't drain them enough. Magneto has shown multiple times in multiple ways how to prevent Rogue from doing anything.
@Incredible Hulk-Prime: Apocalypse would quickly defeat them both via telepathic assault.
