Which costume is better?

Tobey's is far superior to this new one.

Tobey's is better and it's pretty much the same as Spidey's actual costume. However i don't think Garfield's is that bad, it's an interesting twist.

Is it my favourite no, but i'll get used to it.

I like Tobey's. But I'm in the minority here since I always thought Spiderman's costume looked tacky and was surprised they pulled it off in the film.

I like the new one better in terms of material and the spider emblems. I do not like the alterations like the blood stripes, gloves, boots and the lack of belt.

The new suit is supposed to look bad..

It's supposed to be as realistic as it could be, seeing as a teenager made it on his own.

@eatmore_payless: The new one's the cooler-looking, but I'd be upset to see it in the comics.

Well its a matter of opinion. THe spider-suit was designed what? back in the 60's. to make a movie of it, in our times, it's got to look like something a 17 year old kid (of today) would make.

I like Tobey's better, but I like that they are incorporating the web shooters into the new one and not have it actually come from his body.

yeah the designers these day upgrades too much on the costumes they make, just look at the new Superman Costume! man the dude got no red underpants on!

He's a jack of all trades and a scientist. He can do practically anything provided the material. Those metal looking webs could be silver coated rubber.

he wasn't even that smart in the film and much of a scientist, it actually kept to the original incarnation of spider'man's intellect. Stan lee never intended him to be a genuis, just a gifted student...

If they were to go with a new suit to distinguish it from the previous movies they should have went with the alternative spider suit that the clone wore in the 90's

I like them both, Tobey's is better though.
