Nearly every street leveler with low level super-human stats probably could.

Most of the comicbook universe could survive this

I don't think a lot of the people listed above could take the swings. Luke Cage could, though.

Bane would survive. He was hit with baseball bat and it was broken.

If it's like Rhino or Superman...the bat breaks into a billion pieces and kills the person depending on the victim, but if it's like say like Daredevil and the victim is say Spider-Man i'd say he'd be injured but not killed.

For real, this is the kind of shit comic book characters survive on a daily basis.
