What Superhero Can Beat Chaos War Hercules?

SUPERHEROES ONLY, although probably CW Herc can take like 95% of all villains. Is there a superhero that can take herc who recreated 98% of the multiverse?

I doubt any superhero is that powerful.

Eh, Chaos War Herc would be a hard one to beat, he repaired around 99% of the multiverse. Hero is a broad term to use for this battle.

1) Superman prime 1 million has a better chance of talking to a sandwich then killing CWH. 1 million is at best universal, because he said it was "his universe." It doesn't matter anyway cuz CWH is multiversal.

2) kal kent? How is going to take CWH? In Chaos War, Hercules was easily taking down sky fathers controlled by Chaos King (Chaos controlled Zeus could beat Galactus) and crushing Galactus like a bug. Kal kent has never even shown to be galaxy level, so what is he going to do?

3) Any version of Goku is not multiversal, so he gets stomped

4) phantom stranger is only omniscient, that's probably the only thing that's going to get in CWH's way. CWH's blasts are WAY more powerful than Phantom Stranger (hurting Chaos King who is multiversal) so CWH wins.

5) Hercules can beat the power puff girls blindfolded with his hands tied to his back.
