Who? It seems he is unbeatable but I think someone can.
What street-leveler can beat Morlun?
Nobody, unless we count The Gorgon as street-level.

Spider-Man.
Nope....not sure if he is considered street-level,though.

I think midnighter (without door) can beat Morlun...Maybe. Wouldn't be easy though.
Midnighter isnt street-level,as far as i know.
In their first encounter, Spidey was running away from Morlun for several days on end, and irradiated his blood to taint it simply because he couldn't take Morlun down otherwise. In the rematch, Spider-Man had been upgraded by the Queen and even his best blows caused Morlun to calmly reply, "I'll tell your family you tried", before he ripped his eye out and ate it. As jashro accurately put it:@Morpheus_ said:
I begin to suspect people choose names randomly.Hey I somewhat tried. Read in my ole handy dandy Spider-Man handbook from a few years back, Peter beat him by poisoning himself or something a long those lines.

morlun all ready stomped spider-man guys....And badly.
Morlun was the guy that killed him.
@Matezoide: There are many who believe that Spiderman is actually a street-leveler, consider me one, and I clearly believe he can take him.
@jashro44: Indeed. And the web-slinger evolved and "danced" a little bit with him. Nowadays, Spidey doesn't have his evolved powers, but he's more dangerous than ever, since he had some serious training. I don't think so Morlun could deal with him anymore. Not sure though, mate! World of comics!

I thought about spider-mans training he hasn't really done anything to suggest it will make much of a difference. Spider-man couldn't hurt morlun before better fighting skills wont change anything.

@Matezoide: I hear a lot of people put him on that level. I don't know much about him I admit but from what I have seen he might be able to beat morlun.
pretty sure he could stomp him. with midnighter it's either he stomps or gets stomped.
Midnighter stomps morlun or morlun stomps midnighter?

@jashro44: It depends on how they want to present Peter now. If they want to show he's a "killer", his training will be lethal. Perhaps, it won't change him that much. In that case, Morlun would beat him again, I guess, and then Peter would evolve again or he would have a deal with Mephisto, or ... I don't know... but you may be right about it.

Spider-man was hitting him to the point where his gloves were torn and his knuckles were bleeding and morlun barely felt it if he did at all. Besides current spider-man has made a promise that no one dies, he wont resort to killing even if its necessary for him to win.

Midnighter stomps morlun or morlun stomps midnighter?
Midnighter stomps
Out of curiosity why? Sorry if its a stupid question but I am not knowledgeable about midnighter. I hear a lot of different opinions of his power level.

He knows how the entire fight will play out before it begins, he knows Morlun's powers and weaknesses and has run the battle million of times before it started, in terms of speed he has blitzed speedsters and dodged bullets from a woman with targeting enhancements with a yawn, in terms of strength he has beaten up Jack Hawksmoor (whose skin is completely bullet proof and is highly durable the the point he can withstand falls from skyscrapers without a scratch) with his fists and feet and kicked a tank shell back to its origin, he has doors to BFR him to the sun, alternate dimension or the bleed (out of space and time) and he has tactical senses to let him know what morlun is thinking of doing and what powers and abilities he has...
@jashro44: Yeah, I remember. I've read the comic with their second fight. When Morlun ate his eye, I almost felt the pain, poor Peter. Anyway, I'm just saying that having completed his training could make him more lethal, knowing where to hit etc. I didn't know about his vow though! Where did this take place and why? I know Peter was never pro killing, but such a vow? Even Morlun? Anyway, as I said, you're probably right, but if Spidey can't take him, then Morlun isn't for street-levelers, unless we bring the Batman prep factor, you know what I mean.

The story with the vow was amazing spider-man 655 and 656.
Wolverine.
Spidey 'killed' him with that stinger thing he developed in his 'rebirth' thing.
Wolverine has claws on both hands capable of this, and his healing factor might be able to keep up with Morlun's drainage on him.
@SexualLobster: Thought about this but Morlun was about to feed when Parker did this, andMorlun is vulnerable while feeding.
Without prep I don't see any street taking him, except for maybe Gorgon as mentioned.
Stomped Parker who wasn't holding back, walked unscathed thru fire, showed zero fear of the Avengers, ckaimed to hit harder than Hulk, and apparently tore an adamantium nt and took a nuke in his Panther appearance.
