Stipulations: Must be street level. Normal gear is assumed. No prep (I'm looking at you Batman). Who can beat Pre-Time Skip Sasuke?

Uhhm guys,

Actually, there is no street leveler that can beat Sasuke because, Sasuke supposed to be a city buster

Karate kid would be a different story since he can break steal and pound superman to the ground effortlessly.

Did you see this big purple guy?
