What 'regular' or enhanced humans can beat Deathstroke?

Location: Wall Street, Intel: Full, No Prep. IC to kill. They all have their normal equipment and start 100 meters from each other.

By enhanced humans I mean people like Captain America and superheroes that don't go into the extremes ( i.e. no Hulk ) but that might have some powers ( like Daredevil ).

Examples of such: Batman, Daredevil, Captain America, Deadshot, Bullseye, The Punisher, Ra's al Ghul, Bane...

I would picture Raiden having an even sword fight with Deathstroke, before inevitably being outsmarted and outmaneuvered, but then Solid Snake shows up and is able to take Deathstroke down. I also think Revolver Ocelot would be able to do it.

Karate Kid, even as monstrously ridiculous as he is, he is still human and he is consistant for decades with the same kinds of feats so really they can not really be called PIS.

@jestersmiles: FMA's technology is in the 1800s/early 1900s. Deathstroke has modern day weapons which have way, way, way more power.
