Spider man vs Green Goblin, depending on the Green Goblin, a gun would be crazy effective given Spider-Mans awareness and reflexes. 9/10 depending on the Green Goblin.
Batman vs Joker, Batman doesn't need help beating the Joker. If he wanted to kill him, he would. Easily. A gun changes nothing.
Daredevil vs Bullseye, A blind gunman would be interesting, but I don't know enough about Daredevil to say.
Harry potter vs Voldemort, Meh. Assuming he draws his wand at the same speed he draws his pistol, then it would end in MAD as he would have been death spelled (he wouldn't had used his wand to stop it), and Voldemort would have been shot. So, I don't see a pistol being of much use for Harry (not to mention he has never shot one before), but a rifle might allow him to snipe Voldemort (again, he has never shot one before), so I only give him a 3/10 due to not knowing how to use a gun. I am sure he could figure it out as it is not rocket science, but hitting a target at far range is harder then it sounds, and pistols aren't easy to hit a target with.
Ryu Vs Akuma, No idea.
Korra Vs Amon, fairly useful.
Beast Boy Vs Black fire, No idea
Naruto Vs Sasuke, Worthless. Utterly. Worthless. They have guns in Naruto. In the mission to build the bridge, there is a gun behind the counter, it appears to be a flintlock rifle, but they are not spread out because they are fairly ineffective. Current Naruto and Sasuke would laugh off bullets, and I really doubt they would be much use even if we take them back to Valley of the End.
Luke Skywalker Vs Darth Maul, while Force Users have a harder time with slugthrowers then blasters, I don't really see Luke needing the help to beat Maul, unless this is like.. ESB-Luke?
