What if the X-Men had battled Galactus?

The Fantastic Four had died on their space mission. Galactus comes to eat Earth and only the X-Men can stop him. While Rogue searches for the UN on Galactus's ship, these X-Men have to keep him and his herald (Silver Surfer) on his toes for the hour that it will take Rogue to get back. Can they either take out Team Galactus or hold them back? Morals are on.
-Jean Grey (no Phoenix), Professor X, Psylocke, Storm, Cyclops, Magneto and Ice Man take on SS.
