As of right nor, their best feat is 3 on 1 defeating LT, but there's a possibility that 1 IS enough, but without proof, people can easily dispute my claim and win. At least we know 3 Beyonders gave the LT a hell of a fight and won, but the outcome was kind of obvious from the start, that's how powerful they are. Also, their goal is to destroy reality, but they didn't combine their power and just outright do it; they went after the most powerful beings first, and even after they defeated LT, they still didn't do it which shows they don't have enough power to destroy a multiverse outright.
Now, barring the characters listed (although some like the GEB and PR Beyonder are not omnipotent) and other omnipotents, here's a list of beings who might be able to defeat 3 Beyonders. Obviously the list is incomplete, I can't list everyone, but just a few:
Michael Demiurgos, PR Molecule Man, the Ultimator, The Demiurge. The Source (original although it's technically omnipotent but isn't because of the Presence).
