What could martian manhunter do to beat plastic man?

just asking sinc plastic man has an inorgnic mind which is resistant MMH's tp and has superior shape-shifting abilities

Beat him to death or fry him with heat vision.

Fly him to the Sun or a Black Hole and Drop him in.

A lot, but it all involves an intelligent thought out plan.

Hurl him into space before Plastic Man can react. Plastic Man is no where near Martian Manhunter's speed.

Absorb him and gain a power he already has.

Didn't Plastic Man survive being stuck in the ocean for years with his molecules being split apart, and was still conscious?

Plastic Man once got sliced in half with Martian Vision. Don't think he died.

Can only kill Plastic man by BFR, any other way just doesn't work.

I'm pretty sure TP can work on Plastic Man. He doesn't necessarily have to mind rape him he could use the other aspects of telepathy. Though BFR would most likely be the easiest way.
