No Omnipotence as in TOAA or Classic Beyonder level 
The character must face everyone from his/her verse at once  (note only the major and minor characters are involved)

Could SS4 Gogeta solo everyone else in Dragon Ball Z/GT verse at once
Can Ben 10 solo everyone else in the Ben10verse at once

Wouldn't Dark Phoenix be able to Solo the Marvel Universe? The only real threats would be from Cosmic level entities such as Galactus and Thanos.

The Living Tribunal could probably solo the Marvel universe, since he is the second strongest being in the Marvel Universe, right after The One Above All.
 
The Great Evil Beast could solo the DC universe I guess? Or isn't he allowed, because he is supposed to be on pair with the Presence, if I'm not all too wrong.
If he is not allowed, I would probably go with the Overmonitor...
 
A serious Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta (Gogeta was his german name, don't know the english one, if it's a different one at all) could solo the Dragonball universe, since his most dangerous opponents (Goku and Vegeta) would be ... well, yeah  =P

How do you propose he solos the entire Republic Navy? Thousands of starships and heavy battle cruisers, the Sun Crusher, The entire rest of the Jedi Order, whatever Sith Order is reigning at the time (One Sith etc.) if they all attack him at once?

I dont understand how all this people can solo if they have to face each other to do it? Characters can not solo while attacking then suddenly become a rag doll while someone else solos....

Jenny Fractal nearly soloed her whole wildstorm multiverse and I think Jenny Q could do it as well. Even in the current DCU, Midnighter tried to kill Jenny Q for fear that she'd eradicate the galaxy the first time a boy was mean to her.
