I was originally siding with Tex's team consisting of Kaine and Flash, mostly due to their overall physicality and massive agility and speed advantages over Slade and Carter. Carter seems to be arguably the most durable and probably the strongest out of the bunch and considering that Flash can't "Vulk" out, I'd say he packs the biggest punch regarding power due to the Nth metal. Assuming that Slade's armour would do the same, it would only help to increase his abilities and his healing factor to help shrug off blows from both Flash and Kaine.
I would go with the Spiders. Despite Slades good durability he seems to lack the physical stats to compete and given Kaine's last fight with Carnage I don't think Slade would be quick enough to dodge that sort of attack. Not to metnion both the Spiders do have webbing so HM and DS getting webbed up then getting beat into a KO is a distinct possibility.
Yeah, as k4tz confirmed, Flash has been hurt by attacks such as slashing and what-not, so considering Slade and Carter's equipment, they should have a better chance at harming him now and it helps turn the tide in their favour.
