Any pure good being can, so Superman for example would be fine. However a universal spirit bomb would take out pretty much any evil being below LT's level.

Not true about the anyone who is good s**t. That only happened because the spirit bomb was quote "aimed at vegeta's evil energy so it didn't effect Gohan, but if it were aimed at someone good... You do the math smart ones

This should replace the spirit bomb with the planet burst attack, kid buu's

Well, she doesn't really seem to have limits to her intangibility, and has been able to hold it for extended periods without strain.

And Goku spends like 2 episodes raising his arms and gaining power, I doubt she couldn't see that :P

Well, Demonbane destroys universes by existing lol. He can also summon infinite copies of himself, from the past, present and future, any universe, and any dimension. I imagine that to be some pretty big universe busting right there.
