Who is the weakest character that can beat super tengen toppen gurren lagan

No reality warping

No attacking pilots

Someone beyond universal busting powers. STTGL was like 1/10 the size of the universe. When it was in TTGL form it already took a universal blow or equivalent to the Big Bang., it was only the height of like ten Galaxy clusters (1000 galaxies) By the power definition of Spiral energy, STTGL is limitless and probably cannot be defeated physically.

So i'm just going to throw out a character and say Squirrel Girl ... lol.

Honestly, most 'super high tier' characters are Reality Warpers in some manor or another. So, with Reality Warpers being taken out that really only leaves two real revenues without going into Omnipotence... Time Travel Hax and Interdimensional Hax.

You know what? For fun, I am only going to use Sci-Fi stuff.

Hmmmm.... A Time Lord with the De-Mat gun (Would send sttgl outside the space/time continuity). However, Time Lords could warp reality, so they could be disqualified because of that.
