Wayne Versus Touchdown

Wayne (as Bats) faces TT from No more heroes franchise.

First round: No preparation allowed, random encounter, morals on Bats gets standard gear (ultility belt), PIS off.

Second round: Bats has two days prep time, morals off, Travis gets every sword he has shown to wield.

How invulnerable is TT? What cosmic powers does he have, and how good is his BFR or mindrape?
