All of the watch men team agaisnt the well known people from the justice league (batman,wonderwomen,flash etc) not superman as i want it to be a fair fight
okay lets go with flash batman wonderwomen greenarrow green lantern and martian manhunter btw rorscharch wouldnt die that easy he is to clever for that
rorschach may be clever, no where near as smart/fast/strong as the rest of the JLA though, that goes for all of the members, the only ones who might pose a problem are ozymandias (Flash takes him out easily) and doctor manhattan, who I see green lantern and Martian Manhunter beating.
Dr Manhattan has enough power to create a bas on mars with his mind i dont see him getting beat easily and i can see rorschach beating flash but not batman however overall i think it would be a really close one

Explain how Rorschach beats someone that moves and reacts hundreds of times faster than him. And, Dr. Manhattan didn't make a base on Mars with his mind. He did it through molecular manipulation. Other than that, he doesn't have a defense against telepathy and has never showed it in the graphic novel. Green Lantern (preferrably Hal Jordan) and Martian Manhunter can deal with him.
He needs no physical body to hurt and can basically do whatever he wants. The only way I really see anybody doing anything to him is with magic, but even then we don't know how magic would effect him.
I think it depends on who's telepathy. Aquaman's only works on humans because they share a part of the brain with fish. As stated, Dr. M doesn't even have a brain if he chooses not to. So his telepathy couldn't work on him. I'm not sure how MM's work.

But Dr. Manhattan's body is not really necessary for him. He could probably just float out of the constructs like he floats through anything else.
Dr. Manhattan could just form another body for himself if he wanted. At one point in the comic he had like 3 bodies all doing different tasks and wasn't struggling to remain focused.
Manhattan is a child. He would not be anywhere near prepared for a fight with the JLA. MM would ruin him. Look how easily he was manipulated by Ozymandias and the press without telepathy. He would probably freak and either teleport himself or his opponents away. He's a pretty non-confrontational guy when it comes down to it. Plus, he has no idea how super powers work, and there is quite a variety opposing him.
Except when he was fighting in Vietnam. There was no freak outs there. Also, teleporting everyone away would be considered BFR which is still a win for Dr. Manhattan.
there is a lot of things DR. Manhattan can do with Quantum energy. he is a beefed up Capt Atom. instead of using his energy to destroy, he uses it for other things like bending reality.
