Akuma can take the Warriors Three out by himself if it is Cyber Akuma.

Team two: 

  •  Akuma Can bitchslap a mountain thing in half
  • Jin is the weakest link 
  • Scorpion has the hellfire thing going on

Team 2 wins, The Asgardians are tough... but they cant handle Akuma.

i don't know enough about team 2. what's their stregth level and durability like? asgardians have high durability and are like 45 tonners.

I don't know enough about team 1 to give a definite answer, but if anything goes then team 2 would be hard to beat. Shin Akuma (maybe Oni), Devil Kazuya, and Inferno Scorpion are all pretty tough opponents on their own, all beyond your normal street levlers and into your mid to high level metas.
