I'll go with wonderman. He is stronger and faster and made of pure ionic energy so he should be harder for war machine to put him down than the reverse,

Simon can defeat Rhodey, although it will be an uphill battle.

Wonder Man will win but I don't know why people are calling it a stomp. Simon is a sh#tty fighter and he's not that much stronger than War Machine if at all.

And War Machine has intangibility which will mean Wonderman hasnt got much to fight for.

Besides Wonderman has been KOed by physical means before.

WM has the ability to stomp, but he's just not that type of character.

I only remember one instance in the fight in fear itself.

How long can War Machine stay intangible for? Hmm... I haven't seen Simon too many impressive things recently but neither with Rhodey. But I can't compare it to the Bleeding Edge, Simon typically hangs around with a more powerful group.
