Walter West/Savitar vs The Runner

Can the two Speed Force conduits defeat the speedy user of the Power Primordial?

They fight on indestructible Earth. Human and animal life has been completely eradicated. The Runner starts off 100 feet in the air and flying. Walter and Savitar are 100 feet apart and 100 feet away from The Runner, essentially forming a triangle formation. No BFR or speed steal allowed.

Who wins?

Isnt Walter as fast as Wally, if so he wins.

But what I do know is that Walter is hands down the most badass speedster in DC.

Runner wins. Without speed steal, I don't think either can hurt him. Runner also makes you like him and has psi blast.

Runner got outsped by Barry Allen in a canon crossover apparently, but it looked like runner was messing around then.

@shiryu: ummm savitar has more fine control but walter is presumably faster.... um id go with walter. if a younger version of himself beat savitar than it would be easier this time around

@jbourne_32: a couple things my friend. 1) I didn't say runner was faster. 2) Everybody makes the mistake you made. Runner was NOT in that race. He was the host. Buried Alien aka The Flash never raced against the Runner.

Grrrrrr...I've been manipulated by people again. The guy who posted it said Runner was in the race. my bad. But I also saw this scan with Runner being outran by Makkari who is like mach 500 right?

Considering The Runner runs for a living i'd give it to him.

Did you see the Runner running in the race? lol. But makkari did beat the Runner. I don't know how fast Makkari is. But after that race. Runner was so fast Silver Surfer couldn't even sense Runner coming. Runner could sense Moondragon's TP from light years away and Runner appeared almost instantly.

@pooty: but he also had the space gem so maybe it was during that time. All i know is that these are the three most powerful and fastest speedsters there are. Also with the space gem. He was stomping thanos while making a fool out of him. I hope someone could get scans.

I don't see the Team defeating an Elder of the Universe. They're usually more powerful than even herald level beings. An the Runner has the speed to keep up during the fight.
