Minato is fast...but he is not Flash fast.

If only Wally appeared in the new 52 depowered then this wouldn't be a mismatch.

New-52 Barry is a better option. He's weak against elements and isn't using his full power.

That is Plot induced stupidity at it's finest. The Fourth Hokage can't touch let alone see the Flash. There is absolutely no way he can take this.

Plus the fourth teleportation is only a little bit faster than light speed. And he has to use hand signs just to do it. His reflexes are on par with A( Fourth Raikage). Before anybody said that he have the kunai's, let me tell you it wont get to leave his hand before Wally West KO him. Minato has never been able to move that the people around him are as if they were statues. And this is proven when he fought A and Killer Bee. A was able to look at the kunai's and try to predict where he would land next while he was still moving after Minato dodge him. Killer bee was the one to figure him out and where he would land next. When Minato back was turn A was right next to him on the backside of his left face in a instant and that just sonic speed. Wally West is Faster Than Light Speed and can fight at that speed as well. Minato does not stand a chance.

from reading that, I think he has some chance. he is a ninja and can use clones and traps. let alone his dimensional powers.

@LordMasterGod: Flash villains have weapons that are made to fight the Flash(Except Abra Kadabra he uses magic now). The clones wont do anything and the traps are not made for a speedster. Flash stomps.

Trickster tricked the devil (Neron), Pied Piper destroyed a planet, Mirror Master has his own dimension he can dump who ever into where he is practically god, transmute them to glass, create illusions, make glass clones, be in several places at once where a reflective surface is present and exist on reflective planes and kill peoples reflections, effectively killing that individual in the real world.

The Fourth Hokage isn't on that level, at all...he has no business fighting Flash, or being compared to his rouges. At all.
