considering that and the fact that morals are off, it's fight to the death and Wally can't fly I say Nova has this.

@MarvelJackAss433: thats flawed ABC feats apply to the person that does them not to someone who has similar powers. Barry (as he generates the Speed Force) could be more in tuned with it giving him abilities that Bart and Wally don't have, but slowing him down as well.

all of there powers are the same but how they apply them are different (and i was refering to Superman the person not everyone that is kryptonian) Barry may be able to apply the Speed Force in ways that Wally can't, that doesn't make Barry faster.

Like in the fight with quasar my answer of who wins depends on how far apart they start if under 1km flash 100% if under 10km flash 75% if under 20km 50/50 if over 40km Nova 100%

He was able to block Cancerverse Quasar's attack which is as fast as regular Quasar and i believe all cancerverse people are bloodlusted. (or at the verly least more powerful)
Not sure on speedsteal
His ability to take energy attacks is due to putting shields up they work on physical attacks.
As to without shields
She is a strontian and is at high-full confidence(she is gladiators cousin) and he is taking the hits prety well.
That Reaction Feat was Pitiful. Considering Flash Went around searching a Giant group of people for 2, found them, and Put them in the path of a GL Blast While it was basically Standing still. All of this in a Picosecond.
And Flash hits harder than Gladiator. So that's Irrelevant.

this fight doesn't start in space so that wont matter..unless stated by op they both should be on the ground at the start of the match...so unless Nova has enough reaction he cant win
Asuming 1 IMP doesnt kill him but only knocks him out and WM is stil lable to gain control of his body that may be an advantage. worldmind best describes is a supercomputer residing in his brain. Picto-second reaction should not be a problem for such a computer and neither would be using 100% of the nova force.

Mainly that once RIders brain shuts off from the impact worldmind can take over the body. Im not sure how the body would hold up but worldminds reactions could concievebly be up there with the Flash.

I truly dont know though I can concievebly see flash win this fight it doesnt seem as out there to me as him beating quasar :D
Flash can glide in the air, he can't fly (in the very recent Green Lantern, in the fight between Hal and Parallax flash, Hal simply lifted Barry off the ground and he was disadvantaged).
Hmm Probably Wally since the op didn't specify a starting point I am assuming they are on the ground face to face lol If Nova is in the Air then hes Gone, He will hit Trans Light Speeds and Blast the Planet from out of orbit.
