Speed steal would not stop the Martian from shutting down Wally's mind.

I do not understand why this would be a Spite battle ... the Martian Manhunter's got this IMO.

Yeah, unless Wally can one shot him he should get mind raped if the speed still doesn't impact mental abilities.

Wally can hit MM 1,000 times before MM even knows who he's fighting....

As Wally is speed stealing MM,MM goes intangible and mindscrews Wally. The speed steal is NOT instantaneous when being done against someone with a ridiculously high level of baseline speed, as the scan above shows.

Not sure how fast the MM is but Wally is highly resistant to telepathy.

This could really go either way. When the Joker took control of Barry and J'onn via Kanjar Ro's sceptre, they were bloodlusted and he made them fight, and it looked to be pretty even.......

However, bloodlust is willingness to kill, not willingness to indulge in out of character behavior (that would be morals off). J'onn has shut down Wally's mind while moving once, in Ghosts of Mars (scan also shows how he deals with the Martian's intangibility):

BUT, Wally is capable of accelerating the speed of his thoughts to block telepathy. Barry used the same technique to block the Black Lantern J'onn in Blackest Night #2.

Wally needs to be prepared against J'onn's telepathy, but given that his base and maximum speeds are so much higher than J'onn's it shouldn't him take very long to accelerate his thoughts before J'onn tries a telepathic assault, especially if Flash knows who his opponent is (he's fought J'onn several times, he should know that telepathy is a b!tch by now). I'd say morals off Wally would beat J'onn silly, but if it's just bloodlust J'onn's chances aren't bad.

As said, Flash can hit MM with a thousand IMP's in a second. Even if he tries mindrape before that happens, Flash's resistence to telepathy should let him hold out long enough to finish what he started. Intangability likewise won't work, since Flash can vibrate MM's molecules back into physical form.

Wally's too fast for that. J'onn in the scan above was fighting Barry. Wally is faster. Wally beats MM easily.

Wally wins via SpeedBlitz into SpeedForceDump/IMP before MMH can form a thought. If MMH somehow could turn invisible and intangible before this happens, it would be a tie because SpeedForce grants Wally resistance to telepathy.

Wally is the logical choice

Either Manhunter drops wally with TP or Wally blitzes and speedsteals

Wally probably. He's already shown that he can speed his thoughts as to not be mind-read, and probably works too fast to be TP-dropped, if they start on the ground.

Yeah just being intangible isnt an auto-win for MMH. I think even invisible Wally would pull out some Speed-Force hack to tag him, but there's no evidence so I'd give the edge to MMH in that case. But, both starting visible and tangible would go to Wally because as fast as MMH is... Wally is much faster. Given Wally being bloodlusted... it ends quickly for the Martian.

Wally due to being faster. Off the top of my head, Wally is the only one capable of beating J'onn from the Justice League.
